Dorothy

With Dorothy's personality, it's not a surprise how easy it is for her to form good relationships with her other three teammates, but what is unexpected is that her best friend is Ilona of Team Meerkat. The duo, with temperaments and conducts that differ like night and day, had met at BCRL's training camp as batchmates. It's only predictable that Dorothy would bug a dog-tired Ilona with her one-sided enthusiasm; what really has jaws dropping is that Ilona could actually bear with Dorothy's "torment."
After graduating from the training camp with outstanding results for her practical assessment, Dorothy officially became a member of BCRL and was assigned to the highly mobile Team Ratel. Although there have been instances of her doing things in advance or disobeying commands in actual combat from time to time, these acts were all done according to her own unique set of guidelines and mostly brought about better outcomes. The rest of Team Ratel have pretty much already given up on controlling Dorothy. Giving her a fixed amount of freedom to make her own decisions can instead let her adequately demonstrate her abilities.
Of course, making highly hazardous explosives in the carriage isn't part of the deal. Should any public facility be accidentally damaged from an explosion, she will still have to compensate out of pocket for it.

When Dorothy was younger, she was diagnosed with a severe respiratory disease and frequently visited the hospital, spending over half of her childhood on hospital beds. Despite her father constantly keeping her company and encouraging her, young Dorothy was extremely downcast about not being able to travel and engage in many physical activities. She always looked at the skies outside the window, wanting nothing more than to live as freely as a bird. The doctor assured her over and over again, "You'll be cured once you reach the right age for surgery," and thus she kept hoping for time to fly by while enduring the agonizing treatment.
Many years later, Dorothy was truly cured upon being treated with new medical technology. Her physical condition progressively returned to normal like most healthy people her age after the brief recovery period was over. According to her father, when she received that medical report stating that she had a clean bill of health, her eyes lit up as she squealed, "So, I can do whatever I want now, right?!" The next second, she was already out the door.
During Dorothy's "I can do whatever I want" phase, she finally had a thorough experience of school life. Following that, she tried to prepare for the medical licensing exam but failed, and so she changed her plans and entered BCRL's training camp (while concealing the fact that she's the daughter of a particular bigwig), eventually getting her wish of becoming a BCRL soldier. Her energy and zealousness have brought everyone lots of surprises and shocks, and these shocks sum up what people think of her. As previously mentioned, it is a rather polarizing impression.

Dorothy's favorite vehicle is a modified motorcycle. Compared to Shizuru, who can handle all types of vehicles, including large ones, Dorothy is better at zooming between cities on motorcycles and will sometimes also ride modified ones into danger zones. She much prefers putting on some speed everywhere she goes than following the convoy. However, a riding style with the sole purpose of chasing speed and thrill truly isn't a popular choice people make, so Dorothy generally has to ride alone. If anyone rides pillion on her motorcycle, make sure to take protective measures before she twists the throttle.
Dorothy's passion for various outdoor activities is out of this world as well. In her opinion, wasting leisure time at home is a total letdown for a holiday! Ilona, as a friend Dorothy made in BCRL's boot camp, can only helplessly say, "There's nothing I can do about her." The others must also have the same sentiment in this regard.
Word has it that recently, Dorothy has been researching a new type of explosive that can produce unprecedentedly amazing effects after exploding, and the blast effect is substantially improved from previous ones too. In order to turn her newest creation into reality as soon as possible, she has pleaded with everyone on the Eternal to help her conduct experiments...
